Ginette Machin et son Ukulélé (3)


Et non, mon Ukulélé n’est pas mort. Le pauvre. J’avoue que je l’ai un peu délaissé ces derniers temps, mais après l’avoir sorti pour faire un mini boeuf avec Julien à la caisse claire (certains s’en souviennent encore, il était beau mon solo einh? Je sens bien un sourire moqueur, petits vauriens…), les doigts me démangeaient de m’enregistrer à nouveau pour le blog. Alors voici Kerling Square, du dernier album de Christophe Mali (le chanteur de Tryo). Je vous mets le lien pour son site, c’est vraiment un album à découvrir, assez loin de l’univers de Tryo (mais ce n’est pas plus mal).
Alors l’enregistrement n’est pas très bon ( pour ceux ayant un mac, Garage Band plante-t-il chez vous aussi? Sur les deux macs de la maison, deux Garage Band innutilisables du jour au lendemain), mais j’espère que la qualité ira tout de même…

    Qu’est ce que tu appelles “Planté” tu veux dire la petite pizza multicolore qui tourne ou bien l’application qui quitte inopinément ?

    Garage Band est très bien mais très gourmand en mémoire et en puissance processeur (CPU usage). Il se peut que tu n’ai pas assez de RAM il faut au moins 1GO.

    Sinon ce que tu peux essayer de faire c’est virer les préférences Garage Band à la poubelle (ca se trouve dans ton dossier “utilisateurs”) tu vides la corbeille et puis un petit coup de réparation des autorisations avec le “Disk utility” (ca se trouve dans le dossier utilitaire)

    Si tu coinces fais moi signe ;o)

    Joli morceau et bien chanté j’aime bien ta voix mais le mixage manque un peu de présence ! Le ukulélé tu te débrouilles de mieux en mieux ! Je ne t’ai pas oublié mais je suis débordé par les collaborations musicales ;o)

    Merci Jipès, je vais essayer (en fait, j’ai droit à la petite pizza!). Pour le mixage du morceau, je l’ai fait avec Audacity, et je suis bien d’accord que c’est un peu “plat”!

    Ben moi je ne m’y connais pas en mixage et triple corde mais jtrouve ça super sympa et puis ça nous rappelle bien cette petite soirée musicale chez toi. TRooooop biien le Ukulélé. Un concert! un concert! avec les cheveux longs qui cachent ta tête et la jambe qui bat la mesure.

    Si c’est la pizza c’est un problème de RAM combien en as tu dans ton Mac ? C’est un portable ou bien ? iMAc ? Quel système ?

    OK donc vire les préférences/reparation des autorisations et hop tu repars avec Garage band. C’est un bon soft ! Ceci dit dans audacity tu as des modules pour améliorer ta piste.
    Tu devrais utiliser le compresseur avec le niveau Ratio 2/1 et tu coches “normaliser à 0db après la compression”. Ca devrait rajouter un peu de niveau. Après tu peux essayer de travailler sur l’égalisation !

    Me revoilou pour une belle échappée… ! Cela tombe à pic cette fin de semaine où je décompresse d’une semaine bien chargée (le boulot est toujours top, c’est le métro qui reste ce qu’il est… ;-) .

    Le ukulélé et ta voix font merveille pour se relaxer. Merci pour le lien de Mali que je connaissais de nom mais sans avoir entendu.

    AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!
    De nouveau sur le ukulélé !!!!! Ca fait bien plaisir.

    La qualité est bonne pour moi, ça ne me choque pas… Remarque, je me suis habitué aux enregistrements “roots” de la clé USB… on en peut pas faire plus mauvais ! Pour une meilleure qualité, j’utilise un mini-disc avec un micro-cravate stéréo.

    Pour les enregistrements, c’est mieux d’utiliser un micro externe et non celui de l’ordi. Sinon, on entend les bruits du Mac (ventilo, disque dur, haut-parleurs, etc…). Un micro stéréo étant l’idéal car tu peux orienter, par exemple, la piste gauche vers l’instrument et la piste droite vers la voix.

    Rien ne t’empeche d’enregistrer avec audacity, d’exporter en AIFF, puis de retravailler sur GB.

    J’attends la suite avec impatience !!!

    My Seb, merci pour ton message! De mon côté, j’enregistre avec un lecteur MD et un micro LEM DO21B, le must pour faire du reportage… mais il est malheureusement en mono. Mais bon, je pense que c’est tout de même pas mal. Le problème, c’est que le cable grésille, donc il va falloir que je le change. Et que je revois un peu le mixage sur Audacity, j’avais perdu l’habitude (tellement pratique Garage Band!).
    Je vais aller faire un tour sur ton blog tiens!!
